Staff was friendly and helpful. They did a good job despite a language barrier. The location is great! I could walk one minute to Asakusa subway line. Towels and pajamas was available on my door every day.

The room was a little dusty all the time. I asked for cleaning, but it remain dusty. It has been a issue for me because I am allergic to dust. To have the room cleaned, I need to put the tag outside the door before 9 am. It is a bit too early for me as a limit.

I found the location very convenient, close to the subway station entrance. It was only a minute walk. checking in was super smooth. also, each room had its private wifi. i found a japanese denny's nearby that offered convenient and cheap american-style breakfast.

getting charged extra for checking out an hour late seemed excessive, i didn't like that. it left a slightly bad impression on me.

The hotel provides easy access to transportation. It is near the train station. the train from the airport to the hotel has an underground station that is only 100m away, which i found really useful.
